We implement a strict five-stage quality control system:
Raw Material Inspection – All plastics, pigments, and accessories must be accompanied by material test reports. Strict limits are enforced on heavy metals, phthalates, and other hazardous substances to prevent substandard materials from entering production.
Production Process Control – On-site QC personnel conduct regular line inspections to standardize workmanship, dimensional tolerances, and finishing effects. Production deviations are corrected promptly, and mass production proceeds only after client-approved sealing samples are confirmed.
Finished Product Safety Testing – Comprehensive in-house testing covers mechanical strength, small-part choking hazards, pull strength, drop durability, sound-level limits, and more. Third-party reports from SGS, BV, or similar agencies can be arranged upon request.
Compliance Certification – Our products can meet mandatory international toy safety standards, including EN71 (EU), ASTM F963/CPSIA (US), UKCA (UK), and others, to support your brand's compliant market entry.
Pre-shipment Random Inspection – Final inspection is conducted per AQL international sampling standards. Batch-specific quality records are retained for full traceability, minimizing post-sale quality risks.

A 30% deposit is required in advance, with the balance to be settled prior to shipment.

After deposit confirmation and sample approval, regular orders are generally dispatched within 15 days.
